My son had this problem with pooing we had a regular 15 mins after tea we would put Vaseline on his bum hole and then he would sit with a stool he hated his feet dangling and watch something on the iPad or phone I would always sit with him if he wanted me too and that worked for us we also invested in a family toilet seat as he felt safer on a smaller toilet seat. Lots of praise and encouragement we used to have private poo parties when he did it meaning cake! Hope this helps its hard work but keep it up

We have a grow clock they are great at both ends of the night for getting in and out. My son goes to bed about 8 and does mother up till 7:30 until the sun comes up we have had it for about 6 months now he loves getting the stars up before climbing in to bed an still runs in in the morning saying the sun is up. It is the best ?30 I spent he was a 6 o'clock riser before and that changed in 2 days.

For me I would say 3:30 my child sleeps till about 3 and we need more afternoon activities there are loads all the time before good luck let us know what happens if later I will be there with bells on!

Go for it my son was out of nappies by 18 months he sounds just like your little one he chose to do it he is just about to turn 2 and a 1/2 and is now out of nappies at night too. This is all his own doing I feel if they are ready let them do it. I was previously a nanny so have potty trained 7 children and my main advice is the more relaxed you are the better it is for the child. And if you are going out with a child invest in a pottet a folding potty and well worth the money if you get the more expensive one it becomes a toilet seat too
