I'm not picking on DJKQ, but she is the one who said things like "He thinks the staff in an Indian restaurant are unhygenic and to be made fun of." And I don't know how she knows this. I just took it like any other joke about cooks spitting (or worse) in the soup, it didn't cross my mind that it was racist or even offensive. Of course there is a chance Uncleben did mean it that way, but I find it worrying how people throw around potentially damaging accusations with no way of actually knowing what a person was thinking. This is absolutely ridiculous. On many an occasion Uncleben posts utter shite. On this occasion he posted a silly and not particularly funny joke, but it is DJKQ who has decided what was meant by it. A lot of assumptions have been made about intent which are completely unproveable, so lets just let it go.

Just try different web browsers on your phone. I've always used Opera Mini in "mobile view" for reading the forum and it's fine, no zooming required.

BT sent us a letter this morning telling us that they are putting our monthly payment up from ?60 to ?85. I was already thinking I must look elsewhere when it was ?60, but now I am definitely moving on. We have BT Vision, which is shit, and we never even turn it on. That could save us ?13 a monthy. The broadband is ?25 a month, and the phone (which we hardly use) costs a fortune. So, who to go to, Virgin? Talk Talk??? Or is it worth looking in to broadband with a mobile network? I need a phone line and unlimited* broadband. I'm not fussed about it being super fast. * I don't actually know if I need unlimited, but I download a lot of stuff, so I'd need a fair bit.

Yeah, same experience for me. Been there, done that. Which as you say, is a shame because it looked lovely. Although Fallout 3 was Oblivion in the future and I liked that, but Skyrim is just too close to Oblivion.

xbox 360 is great. They're releasing a new xbox soon I believe, so you'll be able to pick up a 360 at a good price, and there are loads and loads of games to choose from.
