  1. Thanks everyone for the replies, to be very honest, I didn't think it had been stolen in the first place so posting here was already helpful, then, after people suggested it had been stolen that's when handing it to the police came to mind, not before.. I thought someone had left if there and would pick it up in the morning or something, I have an innocent little mind like that!! Then in the morning my neighbour asked what the bag was and I told him I'd start a post here see if someone knew anything about it, Scuffy Mummy I tend to think everyone in ED read the forum too! Ha.. oh well.. I'll email the safe neighbourhood team this afternoon if no news here, have been in contact with them before and they came round to have a chat, I'm sure they'll take the bag with them and that'll be it, my job done. Good day everyone.

That is your duty, legal and moral. > Isn't that clear?! xxxxxx What is your problem? Go get angry at someone else I do not require anger from stangers after doing something out of good will, thank you.
  3. Thanks for the tip Horsebox, will do if I don't get a reply here in a few days.
  4. There's a set of keys and a green keyring inside the bag, some food a beer and a pen. It is safe and if you know who's this might be contact me on here and I'll leave it outside when convenient.

  6. I've been having problems today and I'm with orange with a BT landline..
  7. I have a friend coming from denmark hill to ryelane walking as there are no buses does anyone know if there's anything going in between there and here? I'm seriously scared tbh.
  8. Oh! This made me smile! I guess it's you lucky day hey!
  9. This is very worrying. I'm glad to hear they run off if you hear them though, what scares me the most is the possibility of having to face them if (god forbiden) something was to happen. It annoys me that there are people out there making a living by doing this sort of thing really. Hope they get caught very soon.
  10. I am so sorry! Hope you're ok now.. must have been very scary when you found out.. What street are you based on?
  11. I contacted the local police team and they came round the next day, gave me advice about my flat security amd were very friendy. They were very friendly and helpful.
  12. I had this today, a girl whith asian look came to my door and when she said "broadband was free on my area I'm so sorry we didn't tell you before let me in to tell you all about it" I LET HER IN (how stupid am I). She was definitely over friendly and totally unprofessional, went on about the internet being free, asked me to show her my phone bill (which I didn't) and went on to ask me how much I was paying, then she made up a plan and said I'd pay 3 pounds less than I'm currently paying per month, all this without ever mentioning which company she was selling, I asked her which network was she on about and she said Talk Talk, in the meantime she asked all sorts about my personal life, and was pointing to every single thing in my living room and asking about it, then she asked me if she could stay for a few minutes watching the royal wedding with me as her friends would be coming (by that time was was shitting myself with fear a bunch of guys would come and steal everything I own) I was alone with my baby girl too, it was just scary. I just said I had to go out and she left, I saw her going to my neighbours doors and didn't see her any more. Overall, i have this total stranger knowing every single belonging in my living room and am left wondering if she was indeed a very bad sales person or a good burglar! What should I do??
  13. I've fed my LO on our mei tai since she was little and still can do it now she's 11 months. I'd say it's pretty good.
  14. Hi, we'd be interested. My Amelie is 11 months and we've been using cloth nappies since she was about 2 weeks, we're using Bumgenius ones can't really say the details as I'm no expert, Baba Me is an online store and they do great promotions, I bought my whole stash (20 bumgenius in pink) for ?140, half the normal price just before Amelie was born, now 1 year after they did another promotion on Valentines day and I bought another 5. Anyways, we'd love to meet some time to share experiences and advice, and show off our cute nappies and my cute Amelie. xx (I'm a BC addict too)
