  1. Lost this morning between 905 - 935am somewhere between Albrighton Road to the crossing at Peckham Rye via Avondale Rise, MAxted, Nutbrrok, Kinsale It disloged itself from under my pram while I was jogging along with noise cancelling headphones in... Its a shoulder bag with gold zips and insode there are various bits including house keys, horniman membership, oyster card... Please do get in touch in the one in a million chance you stumble across it. Thank you
  2. Hi all Just to second (or third) this recommendation for mummy boxing! If you need a tough but seriously fun workout try this class. I'm on second maternity too and without NCT this time have found this a brilliant sociable way to meet new mums And really train hard. I've also been doing some PT sessions with Simone but I've split the cost in half with another mum- so we do a full hour but half the session is with her,the other half is exercises set by Simone. Both bits of the Training equally hard but weirdly fun. I always leave both classes and PT with a smile on my (very sweaty)face.
  3. We have recently used Damien for a number of small jobs in our home. We found him to be really lovely, prompt and totally professional. He was very 'can do' in his whole attitude and we'd definitely use him again.
  4. Yes please - count me in (plus my partner in crime also). An absolutely fantastic idea. Well done for organising!
  5. Hello there, Could anyone recommend a Dishwasher repair person to me? This is proving harder to find than anticipated... Thanks so much for your help.
  6. I just had to put up a post for Callow's on Lordship Lane. I called them (as well as two other places) last week re: a dodgy front door which I thought needed re-aligning. Not only on the phone were they the most friendly. In person they were also prompt and professional. PLUS unexpectedly waived the hourly call out charge when it took minutes to assess that I needed new keys. I would heartily recommend these guys. They're lovely!
  7. Us too. Hamish took down a number of trees in our garden. He is efficient and professional and really lovely too. Highly recommended.
  8. Hi guys, Has anyone got a number for JP? And is his name really just JP? Thanks
  9. I would also like to say thanks to the good people of EDF for recommending Giulio. I decided it was high time I took serious action after 'the Baby years' and needed that little extra push to get me going. And the courage to even set foot in the free weights section populated with very fit people who look like they've been at it for years. I've managed to do that in just 2 months with Giulio's guidance and persuasion. So if you need a bit of help getting on track and a bit of confidence to face the gym, I would heartily recommend him. Things you should know first though: Giulio's sessions are extremely challenging. It's hard, but it's varied (so you don't quite notice) He takes you way out of your comfort zone, but coaxes you (so it feels do-able) He'll tailor your programme and goals exactly to you, but is realistic (so he understands that real life happens too) Ultimately he's a lovely person that can make you feel like getting fit is within your reach without being preachy or militant. Book him while you can!
