Surely this comes down to whether a manager is good enough or not, not because the previous manager is sitting in the stand. Sir Matt was still around in Fergie's early years, he was there the night we won our first PL title. Moyes needs to start acting like he belongs at the club, to keep referring to the club in the third person doesn't help. He also needs to cut out the negativity and excuses...transitional period, tough fixture list, injuries etc...all part and parcel of the game. He could do with showing some 'power and control'. After the Newcastle game he admitted his plan was to take RVP off after 60mins, but he didn't because he thought he would be accused of ''you don't know what you're doing''. Really? It's alright being honest, but not when it shows you up to bowing down to external pressures, thus weakening your own authority. When he was appointed I couldn't decide whether he was a good choice or not. I still can't. He should be given time but I'm losing confidence that he'll use it wisely...
