With all these American themed sauces, why don't you go the whole hog and get yourself a tin of white paint and, hey presto!, instant white picket fence...
  5. Is that the before or 'after' shot?...
  6. Belive it or not Mocks, it was the cleanest link I found...having said that the profile pics look like they are constantly updated as I don't remember seeing what I've just seen!...6pm Mass beckons
  7. An interesting topic Deliah. Good luck...
  8. As we all know the economic climate has changed considerably in recent years. I remember the programme too, the developer went way over budget, but was quickly able to borrow extra money to finish the build. The fact that on this scheme the developer is trying to sell 'off-plan' would suggest that they haven't got the funding in place to build the houses, and instead are having to rely on a cash rich buyer to come along who can visualise the finished house.
  9. These are the same architects that did the pair of Grand Designs houses (off Landells Road?)...I believe one was sold close to the asking price of ?850k...some people are happy to pay a premium for good quality design.
  10. ...dunno, but if not you could always try phone hacking ;-)

I agree Mick, I went to the 2001 Open at Carnoustie when Van de Velde famously went into the water, could hardly see a thing with all the crowds, and only realised how dramatic the hole was when watching it on TV later. Still, it was worth it to see Mrs Doubtfire lose his rag while teeing off because someone rustled a Kit Kat wrapper. :)
  12. 3) EDF user name...'jim_the_chin' has an element of the criminal underworld about it...got any hooky?

  19. Another player badly advised by his pound signs in eyes agent. They really should think these things through properly before going public. This 'gentleman's agreement' he alegedly had with Levy about being allowed to leave if a 'bigger' club came in for him, was around the same time he signed a new 6 year contract...why didn't he have it written into the new contract at the time...doh!
  20. Isn't Rolf Harris for nearly 60 years enough?..
  21. I'd be more worried about getting a decent connection into the ceiling than the pole breaking. Why can't you fix it to the wall above the window, or to the top of the window frame?
  22. I think Billy is just peeed off because he still can't work out how to do the Rubik's Cube...
