I'd recommend Stafan, he did a great job in our single oven that hadn't been cleaned for a while!

My only suggestion would be to try http://routes.tomtom.com/ before you leave and see what it thinks (as it takes into account traffic)

Some fast-maturing varieties of peas can still be planted, as well as radishes, Chinese cabbage and lettuce. Also think about planting garlic in autumn.
