I have been along to Stephen?s Qi Gong classes a couple of times and am hooked. It?s a wonderful simple balance of breathing, movement into different poses which stretches out your whole body and helps move energy around and relax your mind. At the end of the session a lovely silent meditation lying down at the end, which Stephen?s guides us through, which is really relaxing for body mind and soul. Didn?t want to open my eyes last night as so relaxed. Highly recommend for everyone and all ages. Thanks Stephen!

Another recommendation for Mark Newlove I first used him last year based on all the positive recommendations on EDF and he is my go to man now. He has just done my annual landlord safety check and fixed the diverter valve diaphragm at a reasonable price and he fitted me in at short notice, which was great as my tenants has no hot water. We have tried a couple previously and not used them in end due to them not having the right insurance or not being comfortable with them. I came across RT Roofing while they were working on the guttering on the flats high above the Sainsbury local store in Honor Oak last week and saw how diligently they were carrying out their work. I was chatting to the owner of the flats in who uses them frequently on his properties across SE London and he highly recommended them too. I called Ray and he and his colleague Gary came out on time as agreed and spotted the issue quickly. He gave a very reasonable quote to clear and fix guttering the same morning. We also used them at my partners home in Sydenham to clean all the gutters. Nice guys, great job done with no fuss at a reasonable price. I also echo everyone?s positive recommendations for Mark Newlove. He is extremely professional and nice guy. He carried out my annual gas safety check for the boiler, gas hob and open fire. He gives very good advice too on all thing gas and heating related and I would certainly use him to install a new boiler when the time comes.

I would like to echo all other positive recommendations on here. Andy Jacob 07564 194363 (Andyman) has just finished a job for me. He single handedly put together and installed a 3 meter run of Ikea wardrobes and did a cracking job. He is a down to earth friendly guy, skilled and very professional. He was also the most competitive compared to others I invited to quote from EDF. I have no hesitation recommending him, he will certainly be my go to person in the future.

Based on all the positive recommendations on here we called on Saied to give me us a quote to lay a new lawn on a really rough and tough old area in our garden. Saied and his assistant Richard are truly lovely chaps and were a pleasure to have as contractors in our home. They were very professional, knowledgable and hard working and after 2 days transformed our garden by doing all the ground work and laying a lovely new lawn. Saied hand picked the turf himself to ensure it was top quality and has given us great maintenance advice and he offered to pop by in a couple of weeks to see how the lawn in growing. We will certainly be calling on Saied for any other gardening work needed and for any advice. Another very happy client.
