If anyone has any odd jobs they need doing then I can highly recommend Paul. He has boarded out out loft for us, put up shelves and will be back to fence the garden. He can also plaster, decorate and do all sorts of other things. I am very fussy about finish and the shelves were great, he used clean dust sheets and swept up after himself. Join me on Saturday for a half day photography workshop and learn how to use your dlsr camera to take the photos you want. I have been a professional photographer for over 10 years and I also have lecturing experience. I really enjoy helping people to understand their camera so they can take they photos they want. We will meet in Dulwich Park, take a look at the technical aspects of your camera and then head out in the park to pratice the type of photography that inpires you and put all of that instruction to work. By the end of the session you will completely understand how to use your camera manually and how to get the images you are looking for. Thanks Mick. Ill give them a call. There are BMW approved garages in terms of insurance - so if you need repairs doing under your insurance certain garages are authorised to repair BMW, Ford etc. So I think I am really looking for one of those, but Ill give Turners a call.

Hi I have just bought an old BMW from an independent dealer. The car comes with a short warranty on it and I wanted to get it checked over by someone used to maintaining BMW's to make sure it really is ok. BMW would do it but they charge a fortune. Can anyone recommend a garage where they have had their BMW serviced etc and which is reliable and honest. Many thanks.

I am doing a shoot in Nunhead Cemetery (I have all the necessary permissions) tomorrow morning (Saturday 10th August) and my hair and make up artist has just cancelled. So I am looking for someone who can do red carpet style hair and make up for a couple of hours tomorrow morning. This is a non commissioned shoot so no one is being paid (the model is a well established actress who lives locally and is giving her time for free) but I can pay expenses, make sure you get images for your portfolio and of course give a credit wherever possible when they are published. You might also want to consider the McClaren XLR especially if you are planning on going for walks anywhere other than a pavement.
