If you want to go running with a group then I would recomend parkrun, every Saturday at 9am at a number of local parks including Peckham Rye, Dulwich and Brockwell. Just register for a barcode and go from there http://www.parkrun.org.uk/

I would also recommend ParkRun, I go along each week and really enjoy it.

I would like to recommend Frank, the man with a van. He helped us with a last minute request to move and transport a really heavy and bulky metal bike shed from Herne Hill to Nunhead, which required lifting over garden walls and other obstacles. He did a great job, without little fuss, arrived on time and was really friendly.

I would just like to recommend McCann roofing for a job they did for me earlier this week. They came over and sorted the job in short notice, they very efficient, helpful and did a great job.

Hi We have some penetrating damp coming from either high up on the outside wall or up in the roof. The outside wall has a few cracks here and there, so may be the root of the problem, but will need inspecting first. Thanks
