This is known as 'table surfing' Its always worth ringing the police so that they can get hold of the person at the time and either find anything that doesnt belong to them, find out who they are and hopefuly warn them off

I dont know if anyone can get there, but this evening the england game is being shown on tv at Millwall FC in Bermondsey ( Zampa Road SE16 3LN) and there will be people at that who you can hand out leaflets too and are likely to be local residents...

That sounds like two blokes out breaking into someones house - there is no reason for someone to be climbing over a fence wearing gloves, two minutes later they will be in the house..... THAT is always worth a 999 call.

Quote I was going past in a car at about 3.10pm and saw a man lying on the ground and there were no police or ambulances there so it must have literally just happened. I thought perhaps he had collapsed but there were people looking after him so I didn't stop. Up the road there were around 100 people just outside/inside the cemetery looking as if they were about to attend a funeral. I'm guessing the two were linked somehow? You really should make contact with the police because you may have seen something that is important, and you might not even realise.

Get the iphone app that traces your phone if you activate it, if you do it quick enough and call police when the robbery happens and not 20 minutes later or whatever,they can trace it and follow it.

just pop in to dulwich police station and explain, there will be a reference number or something and you can claim back the cost of repairs they are only doing their job, i think its a good thing that a burglar alarm is responded to so well otherwise what would be the point in having one, and the police must know more about what happens in our area than we do
