Wasn't he also shown the door at Brighton? Perhaps he needs to take a look at his track record in future before pointing the finger of blame at others.

Many pundits and , finally, the British press are now critical and down right scornful of Chelsea. For Maureen to attack another team for being too "agressive" is hilarious. He was also scornful of the fact that PSG wasted time in the dying minutes of the game with score at 2 all. Did he expect them go for an all out attack and risk being undone on the counter attack? Players surrounding the ref en masse, or babies as Ibrahimovic called them, to get a player booked/sent off was just one of the "tactics" employed by the chavs was criticised by many. Souness and less so Carragher were scathing of the chavs performance last night. Watching a player released to the opposition because he's thought to be expendable scoring against his former club (sound familiar?) was too sweet. Even better still was the fact that the toxic Clarkson was in the crowd to watch them getting dumped out of the competition.

Has he, I don't know? Lets put it this way, if this bloke is so easily offended I take it if he was ever been standing in the crowd at Celtic while sectarian chanting was in full flow he would have done the decent thing and told those responsible around him to desist, or reported them to the stewards. Or alternatively when Phil Neville made the infamous remarks about 2 footing Rosicky he would have felt sufficiently moved to contact the BBC to complain? Does he raise the same complaint when confronted by all so called hateful, spiteful, nasty etc behaviour in the same way, no matter where he finds it? He and I have history, that has more to do with this than my remarks.

I've taken responsibility for mine. You're talking about people not clubs? So what are those engaged in the toxic, poisonous, hate filled sectarian chants? Not people presumably.

Righteous indignation from a supporter of a club that has for generations been guilty of toxic, poisonous, nasty hate filled sectarian chanting? I'm sure you'll understand why I don't give a second thought to your views of my comments.

What like Yanited are and have been? We've had the likes of the ginger twat Scholes telling the world via his column in the Standard that Arsenal didn't have a chance in Salford. F**k em.

Angel fooking Di Maria? Embarrassing display, as was the after match press conference given by Van Gaal. Very happy that Welbeck celebrated, and rightly so, given that Van Gaal has gone on record as saying he isn't good enough for Yanited. Good to Januzaj and Di Maria keeping the tradition of diving alive and kicking. Shameful antics trying to influence the game but luckily the ref didn't fall for it and refused to be intimidated
