The Premier is nothing more than a brand and has been for years. I'm not surprised the allure is starting to wear off. Ours isn't the only product beamed around the globe.

But what? Nice to see petro gazillions don't always guarantee success. I hope Liverpool win the league, just to reinforce the fact that you don't need a sugar daddy to win the league. City fast becoming at loathsome as CSKA Fulham and Yanited.
  4. Before todays game, not a single hack journo, pundit, ex player gave us an earthly. After the game the bell end on Sky sports says we dropped 2 points? Thought we didn't have a chance.

  6. People who try their oyster or travel ticket at a train station exit, only to find it doesn't work and then try to push in front of the person in line for the next exit gate. When the person they've tried to push in front of kicks off, they looked stunned and suprised

You're certainly more of an optimist than I am.

I would have said that deserves praise rather than derision.
  14. Celtic like Bayern Munich eh?

Yet the media seem to hang on his every word. Says a lot about our media especially the red tops
  20. I've not believed we'd win the title even when we were top, I'd have hoped that the run in would be better. However it's always good to see United and Spurs worse off than us. What I would dearly love is for City or Liverpool to win the title, Arsenal to win the FA cup and for that self promoting troll Mourinho to win fcuk all.

  22. To be honest I can't see beyonf City, I just think they have the squad and momentum with them. Can't see us getting anything from the game at the weekend if we play the way we have in the last 2 games. FA cup it is then.

Is it as simple as injuries to key > players, or something deeper? I wish I knew, the injuries certainly haven't helped, but in the last few games there have been too few players willing to give it their all for the cause. Failing to add to the squad in January didn't help when it was clear we needed fresh blood, so Wenger and the board should take the blame for that. Ah well, I've supported the buggers for 46 years so no turning back now. I've seen a few reports today that SAF got abuse from the fans at yesterday evenings game for his selection of Moyes as his successor. And they say fans are fickle. ;)

  25. Bayern Munich are champions of Germany for a 24th time with a record seven games to spare after a 3-1 win in Berlin. Scary.
