  1. Thanks guys. It was only because I will definitely have to drive to the nursery, which is close to where Harris Girls Academy is. So it's either leave the car there and bus to Peckham Rye Station, or drive down. Does anyone know if s bus goes from there to the station? Cheers
  2. Hi all, My baby starts nursey very soon, and I am trying to organise the chaos of getting them to and from nursery, and me and my partner to and from work. I normally get the train from ED to London Bridge, though will probably need to start going from Peckham Rye.... and the question is does anyone know if it's possible to park a car fairly close to the station on a morning? I don't really know that area. I realise this is nowhere near as exciting as Waitrose, M&S, Burglaries and bottles of wee.... but if anyone can offer an insight it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, G
  3. Really weird as some of our neighbours have lights on..... Update from UK Power Networks Update at 18:20 - Engineers are on their way to site to investigate the loss of power in your area; the reason your power is off is a blown fuse at your local substation. Work will continue as quickly as possible to get power back on. Affecting: SE22 0xx SE22 8xx SE22 9xx
  4. Hi all, Anyone happen to have any info? We're currently in darkness on Jennings, and possibly surrounding area but not sure. Thanks
  5. Very interesting.... I have a problem with a collapsed drain under the back garden. Insurance company refused claim, and it's currently with financial ombudsman. Could Thames Water actually be responsible for this?!
  6. I have always found this a pain, but since having a baby and a pram it has become a nightmare. Gross having to clean the wheels every time you get home. I live near Heber Road, and the streets are covered :o(
  7. Sorry to hear. How did they gain entry? Would be helpful to know.
  8. I've heard it's being turned into an M&S and a Waitrose
  9. It's taxi drivers, no doubt..... me and my wife were in a yellow cab in NYC, and heard a zip, and the driver actually wee'd into a bottle at the traffic lights! It was the longest 20 seconds of my life. I tried my best not to touch his hand when I paid him.
  10. At what age did you change your Cameleon from pram to buggy? Our 3.5 month old daughter seems a bit bored lying flat on her back. Obviously she cannot sit upright independently so the upright position is not suitable, but do you think the semi upright position is ok? Or is 3.5 months too young? Any thoughts appreciated
