I have very recently sold my flat with No Flies - we completed last month. I would definitely recommend them. Brendan and Tony were great - reliable, responsive, and seemed very genuine. This was really important to me having been on the 'other side' buying property through rather unscrupulous estate agents. My sale was not an easy one, but the stress was much reduced by having 'No Flies' on my side. And they were very competitive in terms of fees too. Thanks Brendan and Tony!

I remember a couple of years ago, Virgin media broadband went down for the best part of a month due to a fault in the area. When I dared to suggest after nearly a month of no service and numerous phone calls to customer service (each time being told it would be resolved the next day (it wasn't of course)), I was told I was being "stingy" by suggesting they offer me a discount for that month. And when I tried to move the broadband service with me when I moved house, the customer service was shocking. I vowed never to go back. By the sounds of it, I'm glad I didn't!

Hi, Just wanted to thank everyone very much for their replies and PMs. It makes a massive difference getting personal recommendations. I live in a ground floor flat and an upstairs neighbour had a burst pipe on boxing day. We have been advised by our building insurer to get a couple of quotes for the work from a 'building contractor' (I think this would include perhaps some replastering, repapering, general redecorating, and some other jobs in communal areas). Can anyone recommend someone suitable? (I don't know where to start!). Many thanks!
