cash investors like that must live in a dream world - standard price for such a house is around 650k with this one's flash finish add 15%. property investors gen look for 20% profit - thus 600/620K is more like what a cash buyer would pay. are you keeping up? BUT as nothing is selling right now the whole discussion is sort of hypothetical and meaningless. Mind you i bet it'll be sold by the summer
