  1. Thanks I?ve now edited previous post.
  2. The residents of court lane and court lane gardens clearly wouldn?t be giving up their parking. It?s on the road and available to all.
  3. Metallic: For the mysterious tiny tiny few that don?t have off street parking. There are alternatives. Court lane gardens for one.
  4. All homes in court lane have off street parking- often for 2 or 3 cars. I made the suggestion because it would work.
  5. I agree, I have suggested before that the broad avenue of Court Lane could be redesignated as an A road. Then it could be used as a new useful east/west bus route also possibly banning on street parking which would give space for designated bike lanes too.
  6. And what of Mike Pompei?
  7. It says ?the post you?ve been looking for has been removed?
  8. Watching groups of people hugging, laughing makes me shiver. Nimse22

    Fascinating.
  12. Police tend to be more interested in crimes.
  13. Landlord is being mean. Unless her overstay stopped another tenant moving in or there were other issues.
  14. The term ?rat-running? is meaningless except for its perjorative implications. People are not vermin.
  15. So there?s cats and rats. Sorted
  16. Heartb. Have a look at my prev. 2 posts - wouldn?t that work? It?s too tight on east edg for buses and bike lane.
  17. yes ban street parking in the streets where there is off road parking in road block zone. Bring in cycle lanes in their place. Remove all road blocks. This would create wide clear cycle routes - encouraging healthier transit. Relieve congestion on narrow bus route - East Dulwich Grove
  18. Yes and use the space to create cycle lanes. There is off street parking available.
  19. DogKHB. I am pleased to direct you to a post made yesterday at 2.56pm in this thread which satisfies your above criteria and yet somehow as gained no traction. What do you think?
  20. How?s this ... open all closed roads, ban on street parking on roads with off street/outside house parking (ie: Calton road, Court lane etc etc) then in the resultant space create a series of bike lanes. Then everybody?s happy.
  21. Thanks for clearing that up E. sounded too good to be true.
