  1. I found something belonging to this person. If anyone knows her please ask her to get in touch.
  2. I booked in with Solomon after he was recommended to me by my friend who is a Pilates instructor. Booking is easy via the website, no need to call anyone. You can see availability and pay online. He also seems to be covered by all the major health insurers. His prices are very reasonable. My session was great, a quick chat about current injuries etc then quickly on to fixing a problem in my lower back. I'd had it for a week with little improvement, and after seeing Solomon it quickly resolved itself! I was very impressed. The studio space he uses is a lovely large bright room too. Highly recommended!
  3. Hi All, Just a little reminder that training is on all summer and we are always open to new players, with or without experience. We operate an open, friendly and sociable club for all levels, training at JAGS Saturday mornings from 10.00 - 12.00. League play is available for those wishing to take things to a more competitive level. Pop down to JAGS tennis courts on Sat for a free and friendly taster session. After that fees are minimal to cover court costs and equipment. Our coached sessions run each Saturday and include cardio fitness, core strengthening, skills/drills and then friendly match-play - ALL TAKEN AT YOUR OWN PACE, so please don't be put off by this!! Get in touch on on here or on our facebook page www.facebook.com/kgnetball Hope to see you soon, Saz

  5. Not sure exactly what you are after, but I was referred to kings college dermo dept and they were brilliant.
  6. I tried out simones class, women only, on Sunday and it was great. Serious boxing, not your standard gym combat type class. There is a decent amount of equipment and plenty of gloves, you. Just need to bring or buy your own hand wraps. She makes a great coach and trainer and is very encouraging. If you're thinking about it definitely give it a go! Be prepared for press-ups!
  7. Something about a shooting. sad times. Buses from walworth road turning left at corner of park then going down Southampton road then back to Camberwell green.
  8. I'm not a fan, the girl part looks wrong. Wish we had a shok-1 piece instead.
  9. I've had the Panasonic lumix tz10 for a couple of years and have just upgraded slightly to the tz30 ?200 16mp and 20x optical zoom all on a camera which still fits in your pocket. I know loads of people with this camera and different versions of it and they all love it. It has a wide angle lens and decent zoom for travel pics. It also has intelligent auto mode, as well as a number of preset scenes like most cameras these days.
  10. It looks like something awful happened. The road was closed from vale end up to quorn road a moment ago.
  11. It was yesterday! Have a look online for the e-edition. That pic is seriously old, it has unwind, Apollo and the old phone and sports shop on there!!
  12. This morning I took the 659 from.ed to london bridge, got a seat. Straight in Jubilee line no queues anywhere. Got off at Stratford so well organise. Cleared security in minutes. Was in the park by .750. The atmosphere is amazing!!
  13. Can you play netball?
  14. ?2.5k sounds about right... I am still dalaying finishing mine... (already paid for root canal and a crown on the stupid tooth and then paid to have it extracted :-( ) you can spread out the payments as the various parts of the process can take months to heal. My dentist did say they need to make sure you have good gums and decent bone in order to be able to do the implant, its not right, for everyone. My brother went for a cheaper option which was a bridge, i think its less invasive as they attach a new tooth to the one next door, but i think there is more risk of damaging the good tooth. Good luck.
  15. Ha that sounds like my kind of place... :-)
