Kevin and team completed the brick laying for our two story extension. His team did a great job and of all the trades we have used he is definitely the easiest to work with and has been very helpful in giving advice on the rest of our build. It’s an easy recommendation Kevin’s number-07531 887319

musty smell from under floorboards

We had this due to lack of ventilation under ground floor, floor boards. We put in some air bricks which fix it but then made the floorboards very cold in winter -
I use to like wagamama until I realised that Monkatsu is much better. I wonder if wagamama won’t be able to compete.

Have lived on Dunstans road for c. 10 years and haven?t found the road noise to ever be a problem (school run or not) Completely agree with point about being between the two parks is the big advantage (I actually prefer peckham rye). For families, it?s ideal; good schools, local shops, great parks and other amenities (eg Horniman).

Argh, trying to find out catchment distance for DVIS but with coronavirus the school is not answering their phone. Does anyone happen to know the distance for the last 3 years (non foundation place) Any help is appreciated Mike -
Just found out our nursery is charging us nothing (first steps)

Our nursery has yet to tell us what they expect us to pay. They were waiting to find out what the government and insurers would cover them for. Given the governments commitment to pay 80% of staff wages - am not sure why the nursery would be asking us to pay any of their fees given they are providing none of the services? Unless I have misunderstood the governments commitment?

Am afraid I don?t find sea masters food to be that good (v. Cheap and nice people though). Ollies is better but with off putting prices Will try Ken?s following this thread.

Is there a reason the old small play area is not open? Found it closed today, we find the new play area too busy and really for older children

Agree - the current layout is poorly designed and dangerous
