So sorry I never made it to today's get together!! I'm afraid I completely passed out this afternoon (catching up on missed zeds from this last week) and only came to, slightly groggy, half an hour ago. Other half also currently passed out in front of the rugby ;) Hope you had a lovely time. I'm now on maternity leave & so free for any daytime meet ups, if there are any planned? Hi Natascha, Yes they came and surveyed early December but then never got in touch again. When I called them recently they told me the offer for free insulation had ended at the end of December & that they had run out of slots for the month, hence they never contacted me. I wasn't very impressed with them in terms of customer service on the phone or in person, unfortunately! I'm currently looking into other options, such as B&Q who can come & do a free survey, though I suspect the insulation & install will be paid for (unless we decide to do it ourselves). Hope that's useful. Any further Qs, don't hesitate. Suzie

A shame - unfortunately I can't make it this weekend as it's my mum's birthday. Have fun! I'm working through to 8 Feb and due 6 March with my first. Would love to meet up on a weekend before then, or during the day after the 8/2 if anyone's keen? We recently moved house & I just wanted to make a couple of recommendations for anyone else doing the same: - Moving company: Green Man And Van http://www.greenmanandvan.co.uk/ - These guys were great. We had a visit from one of the team initially to see how much stuff we had to move & to give a quote. The two guys who moved everything for us were friendly, efficient & brought sheets to put down on our new carpets. The company also have an 'eco' ethos and we felt great value for what we asked for. ?240 for 2 guys over 4 hours, which included them taking apart our bed and rebuilding it in our new place. They can also pack all your breakables up if need be, but we didn't use this service. - Cleaning: Spin N Span (Tracy & Julie) - we needed a professional end of tenancy clean for the place we moved out of. These ladies were excellent, and feedback from our landlord's handyman was that he'd never seen anywhere so clean! Ooh hello - just found this group! My first is due 6th March and I'd love to meet other mums-to-be in the area. I'll also be starting NCT classes in January 30th in East Dulwich (Trussochs Road) if anyone else will be there?
