  8. Hello, I'm a little late to this party but I'm expecting my second baby on 12 February and would love to meet up with some other mums whilst on maternity leave.
  9. I had my baby at St Thomas' in December. He had to be resuscitated at birth after which he spent time in the Neonatal intensive care unit, then the special care baby unit. Both were excellent in my opinion.
  10. Thanks for all the advice, will go next week and try it out!
  11. Thanks - that's reassuring!
  12. I'm a first time mum and would like to go to one of peckham multiplex's 'watch with baby' screenings. I was just wondering what the etiquette with those was? Do you leave the auditorium if your baby starts crying/screaming and go back in once they've stopped? Or is a little crying ok but screaming not? Any advice welcome!
  13. Oh, I love the dish and the spoon. It's very baby friendly and it has the added advantage of being at the end of my road... Arlo is doing well thanks and looking forward to meeting you all.
  14. Yes, I'm looking forward to meeting up with everyone and their new additions. I'm sure baby Arlo (born 25 December) and I will be up to venturing out soon. The cafe in Peckham Rye park is supposed to be very baby friendly, maybe a daytime meet up there at some point would be good?
  15. My due date is Sunday (23 Dec) but I also can't see anything happening anytime soon. Head not engaged yet and have had no braxton hicks practice contractions. May end up with a 2013 baby rather than a 2012 one...
