I applied to take part in the Royal Mail Quality of Service Survey conducted by Spectos Mailagents. Unsurprisingly , two weeks later I haven't received the introductory letter . I've just received an email from them asking why I haven't activated my account ( I need the letter to do this ) . They go on to blame any delay on the strikes . I will persevere so they have some evidence of how appalling the service is

Yes they will take the bigger bin away I think there are 2 much smaller old waste bins. Either more than adequate

Southwark Council will exchange blue and green bins for smaller sized ones at no cost . Obviously fit more easily into a small garden and be more suitable for a smaller family . I rarely even fill mine more than half way
