Popped in last week found the place quite bare appreciate they are in transition BUT not impressed when I ordered toast and jam found that when I opened the plastic pat of jam there was Mould in it! Had an apology but no suggestion of re-imbusring me.

Just had my hair done by Lily of LIly'S hair, check out her website www.lilyshair.co.uk. she operates out of her home. I visited her for an initial consultation and also so I could have a colour test prior to my appointment. I needed a full head of highlights and a cut. I am very fussy about colour as I wanted the grey covered. Could not be happier, love the colour and cut. All very relaxing.

Had problem with fridge freezer and not sure if it could be repaired or if I would have to bite bullet and buy new appliance. Spoke to Glen and explained what had happened, he thought it was the control panel from the description and gave me details of his call out charge and idea of what the part would be. Decided to gamble and get him out. He came out on the day I called him, confirmed it was the control panel, had to order the part,came back and fitted new part. Delighted. Highly recommend him - clear communication, turns up as promised and does what he says he is going to do.

Having all sorts of problems, note coming up in iTunes saying that my ipod is synched with another iTunes library on "LIFEBOOK" do I want to erase this ipod and sync with this iTunes library!!!!!!! Never heard of this library. Don't want to sync as it as all my music is on the ipod , Not great with technology so any ideas/help would be appreciated.
