not pedder Dulwich Village - poor comms and grossly overestimated the price then a couple of months later recommended dropping it by 20%! told me it was difficult at the bottom of the market..... shocking when the property was more than ?600k! Keatings were fab Good luck - it's tough out there.

Thanks I know this is no business of mine but feel obliged to mention - I am in process of having sold my home & am currently looking for a new one. We have chosen not to buy a couple of otherwise perfect properties on the basis of artificial grass. The kids have had friction burns on knees after skidding on it at other peoples houses & it is really expensive to lift.

hi, I am also looking for evening pilates classes in Herne Hill/Dulwich area. I've tried the ones at Jags but sadly the teacher whose class I went to many times didn't offer advice or corrections so is of no value - very disappointing. I've also looked at Heather's classes but they cater for daytime!! any help would be appreciated!

do you run evening classes???

Disappointing to hear such judgemental comments here, I thought it was more accepting than I am seeing. -
