I go to British Military Fitness on Monday and Wednesday evenings in Peckham Rye. I love it. Good crowd, varied workout, keeps you very fit. Classes start 7pm

Work near there and go in everyday. Great staff, fantastic coffee and trying not to have more than one of their bacon sandwich's a week. Great to be served with a smile.

I've been there quite a lot this summer. If you go in the evening on a Sunny weekend it will be busy and you will have to que, just like anywhere else with outside space. Weeknights and the weekend afternoons have always been fine though. Amazing view of our capital.

What Jeremy said. Bossman is hard to beat for good beers. I know people who travel from outside the area to buy there.

Our office is just round the corner on Gowlett Road. We cannot wait. We drive every Friday lunchtime to Brixton at the moment for BBQ

I rarely post on the forum but had to here, as my experience of Flock and Heard was the complete opposite. Great friendly service, good advice, prices higher than the supermarket but to be expected. The steaks I bought were amazing. I have been back several times since and have never been disappointed. I wish more places wew as good as this.

We run offices on Gowlett Road and personly I'm looking forward to a fish and chip shop as long as its good. Tesco's is not the best after a while. I don't think we need another trinket/card/baby clothes/gift etc shop or curry house.
