Once again a quick and hassle free collection from Paul and his team. He cleared garden waste for me at a fraction of the price of other companies. When I called he was around the corner and it was gone within 15 minutes. Going to keep him on speed dial for the rest of the lockdown house clearance :) Thanks guys, always brilliant!

Had Paul around on Saturday to take a heap of stuff away for me. He?s so lovely and did a fab job! He?s so reasonably priced compared to others and I shopped around a lot. Getting him back next week for other bits we?ve found. Thanks again Paul!

This man is a genius! Myself and my boyfriend have just finished personal training with Gulio. His way of getting us to change our mind set to exercising and healthy eating was astonishing! We were not the healthiest of people ? eating out, going out, drinking and gaining weight continuously without knowing. But he changed all that; its amazing how much he can teach you in an hour long session about nutrition which really hits home and makes sense all the while giving you a damn good work. I found muscles I never knew I had before! I?m not suggesting for one second that we don?t go out and have a good time but we have learned to have a balance between having a good time and exercise. And I really thank him for that. Between my partner and me we lost 3st 8lbs over all. Highly recommend!
