I highly recommend Obi from Bamn Fit! He's based down near the big Sainsburys on Dog Kennel Hill which I find really handy now I have progressed from home training to gym training. I started training with Obi a few years ago when he helped me get back in shape after having my first baby, he is really accomodating and reliable, I was very nervous when I started training and he has been such a great support. Several of my friends also train with him now and we have all had great experiences. Great trainer, really supportive and always motivates you when sessions get tough, and I feel and look better now than I did before I had my daughter! He really knows his stuff and has been on several courses since I've been training with him to improve his knowledge. Had a lovely meal with my partner at Lux Thai on Lordship Lane a few weeks ago. The staff were so friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. Very reasonably priced too! You have to order coconut rice if you visit, absolutely divine!

We've taken up healthy eating, must admit I cheat a bit, found a company on here 'Bamn Good Food' and they deliver healthy meals to my home. But we're sticking to our resolution and feeling good!

AGW3 have you any more information on the company and whether they have gone into administration? I use the gym at the football ground.

I'm in my second week of deliveries from the lovely Bamn Good Food duo Obi and Rachel, I have lunches and dinners 5 days a week delivered for myself and my husband. We're both very busy during the working week so it's great to come home to fresh healthy food ready to pop in the microwave. Creating my own package was really easy and Rachel was so helpful in answering my questions. All the meals so far have been delicious, I highly recommend this service and trying a sample!

I highly recommend Obi, he adapted my sessions to help me get back into shape after having my little girl and has helped me maintain my weight loss. As a trainer he is really supportive and motivational, even if sessions are hard they are always fun! If you are thinking of trying personal training definitely call Obi, several of my friends also now train with him, we all agree we feel fitter and healthier now than we did as teenagers!
