With all the knife crime in London these days it is wise not confront them and what the hell can a 6" male who goes to the gym do against a group of thugs? Not worth to risk one's life for a couple of bottles. You can go creep back in your cave now.. you've had your 15 minutes of attention.
  2. The link refers to a PSPO which Southwark doesn't currently have. Currently, in Southwark, dog fouling is unenforceable.
  3. http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1996/20/contents It has been for quite some time. Last time I checked council was replacing it with something different which may be the reason why they did a dog survey recently. Until then, it's unenforceable unfortunately.

As a councillor, I am surprised you didn't know.
  5. And seeing as the council will probably not be getting an enforced dog-controlled order the whole park will be over-run with dogs. And the funny thing is.. you cant tell any dog owner to move as there is no such thing as a dog-free area. I just hope the dog fouling twits are caught by those community wardens and slapped with a nice fine.
  6. All i'm hearing is this so called 'fogg' decides whats best without really listening to what anyone else wants. Its ongoing problems with youth after a certain age... theres absolutley no provision for them and so they make-do. They have been playing football there long before any club was established. I think you should think about spending this money in 'improving' the play area by also thinking about slightly older children who have perhaps grown out of playing on outdated todler-only play equipment. The park is there for everyone.

Just because you smoke cigars and put the words "whom our great nation" in a sentence does not make you intelligent. I guessing student nurse -- you failed med school perhaps? or did not even get accepted? Sounds like your just bitter about losing ?75 out of your tightwad pocket..want my advice stop smoking cigars you pompous git! Its people like you that give student nurses a bad name. I applaud thoses officers who gave you a fine and i think you deserve it! I have wardens in my area and have spoken to them on a number of occasions and they don't strike me as particularly unintelligent. What makes you so great? Get real and stop speaking like a war veteran...What a looser.. stop litetring our streets you YOB.
