  1. Super vacuum only selling because have inherited another Miele from clearing parents house. NB: lost a bit of plastic that makes the vacuum end slip out of the handle when using, as if no longer clips in firm, but we’ve been using it like this for well over a year now. Looking for around £80 for it. Retails for around £400 https://www.johnlewis.com/miele-blizzard-cx1-cat-dog-flex-vacuum-cleaner-graphite-grey/p6263811?s_ppc=2dx_mixed_technology_BAU&tmad=c&tmcampid=2&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAAD2el1yitgkg3SO7wJM0-YxluJ_XB&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIzZfosI32hQMVzpNQBh2WFwgbEAQYASABEgKZjPD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
  2. Parents moving into a care home, left with cognac that is unopened. Unaware of licensing laws and if I am ok to post this, remove if a problem. Hoping so, as appears I can’t just pour it down the sink either.
  3. Used but all in decent condition to carry on being used
  4. 50 x 75cm. Brown fleck coffee, brought from Hug at Home https://hugathome.co.uk/products/hugrug-plain-fleck-coffee Store particles of dirt really well. In good condition, no longer needed. good for near a large patio/sliding/bifold door for collection from close to ED station.
  5. PVC backed so protects against spillages etc. 53 x 58 cm. In very good condition, v limited use.
  6. Lived on St Francis Road since 2006. Chance of phone muggings, but my view is that could happen anywhere.
  7. Opened but hardly used. Available as clearing parents house.
  8. In good condition and working order, not used many times. All accessories included too. Available due to clearing parents house
  9. 9 rolls of wrapping paper, gift bows gold, mixed gift tags
  10. Have been popping in for a lunch every few weeks since it opened, going again this week just gone. Really like the place, decent food at a good price. Service is really quick which is perfect for a lunch if you are working during the day.
  11. Anyone got any experience of Sarah Mierau from the Hearing Care Partnership, looks like she operates out of R.Woodfall opticians. Alternatively any recommendations of any private audiologists based in South East London or near London Bridge?
  12. Thoroughly recommend Vanessa and her sister?s masks from SE22Breathe https://instagram.com/se22breathe?igshid=1xnrufxl22euz She delivers locally, very reasonably priced. Friendly and responsive, you can drop an email or an instagram message to place the order, and payment can be via PayPal.
  13. I know that the centre is really in need of support at the moment, the pandemic is having a disproportionate impact on people, with an increased number in food poverty. I figure if I'm not eating out that is money I'd otherwise be spending so this seems like a very good cause. www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/albrightoncommunitycentre
  14. A drop in the ocean, but I've donated. www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/albrightoncommunitycentre
  15. Does anyone know if Shaun's DIY is open at the moment? Wanting to avoid running the social-distancing gauntlet if its not open.
  16. Finally, phew, reassuring to know. Long may this common sense and pragmatism continue. Last week it was a virus factory.
  17. Anyone know a David Milliken in ED, with a relative called jacqueline in Canada? We have a birthday card in the post
  18. We are moving out and moving some stuff(furniture and belongings for the whole of our downstairs) out of our house due to renovations. Has anyone used any storage facility in and around/close to SE22? For example Dulwich Storage? We are nervous about Shurgard at Forest Hill as we heard about the Crystal Palace one and the fire and them not paying much compensation. Any and all recommendations much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
