  1. Buses are the only option. Southern are saying there are no trains from ED today. Heres hoping the bus drivers are on form again today. Anyone seen a bus go up DKH or down LL?
  2. Ditto, thanks Indiana. Has anyone else tried London Bridge and had any success? Has it improved at all? Are the trains to Denmark Hill any better?
  3. Buses might be a better option. When I went to the station I saw a 185 and a 40 at the bottom of Dog Kennel Hill, they weren't packed (it was 0710 though) and went off up the hill ok.
  4. Just got on the 0705 that was running 15 minutes late. The 0715 was saying it was delayed, no idea for how long and the 0729 was cancelled. When I was at the station they announced that the 0630 and 0645 and 0728 going the other way were all cancelled. I did see a train going the other way. Basically i think its a case of trying your luck.
  5. I got to the 0714 to London Bridge and it was about 3 minutes late, busy but fine. They announced the 0719 was 12 minutes late.
  6. I got the 0714 train into London Bridge this morning, it was a couple of minutes late but got in ok. 0719 was running 12 minutes late. The station staff were clearing the edge of the platform of snow and then had started work in the ramp up.
  7. I can't be sure but it could well be for charity http://uk.movemberfoundation.com/
  8. Late on sunday afternoon the ticket machine was out of tickets again, this seems to be a regular occurence at the weekends
  9. The ticket machine often shows the message "out of tickets" on a Sunday.
  10. That is great news, it has been missed. Do you know if it is going to be on a Sunday night again or back to a Thursday?
  11. Trains running fine from ED, definitely quieter than normal. Be really careful on the platform and walk up, none of it has been gritted I saw two people slip over while I was waiting
  12. recent update from Southern railway website suggests still no trains but they are working on getting it running tomorrow http://www.southernrailway.com/unavailable.html
  13. I live just round the corner from the station and have just been to see if there are any trains running. The sign on the platform says "Due to adverse weather conditions this station will remain closed until further notice". I have seen a number 40 bus so there are definitely buses running. I expect the buses will be heaving mind you.

I received Hep A amongst 3 others, all free of charge and did not have to buy them from a pharmacy or anything beforehand. The only challenge as ever of late with Melbourne Grove is actually speaking to someone to get an appointment booked in

  18. I am another gooner girl now living in East Dulwich, there are a few about, went to the game yesterday ( gutted we missed the opportunity to beat Chelsea, but satisfying to know we stopped them winning premiership!) quite a few gooners seemed to get off the train on way home. No more home games till next season, can't wait till it all starts again.
