If you feel like stretching your legs and having a chinwag this is the place to be! 10am Saturday outside the Peckham Rye park cafe. Always a lovely bunch of folk down there ready to walk, jog or sprint and new faces are always very welcome.

Another shout out for this amazing, FREE EVERY TIME class! Such a friendly crowd - come and join us tomorrow at 10am!

Have been going to this fab group for nearly 3 years and thoroughly recommend it! The first year was all about getting in shape for my wedding, the second year I kept going because of all the fab friends I'd made and how fun it was and the third year has seen even more friends & fun, plus getting back into shape after having a baby. All ages and abilities are welcome .... The baby and I will see you guys there on Saturday morning! Maryam x
