If you want to tone up/lose weight after the Christmas binge I would highly recommend Gokay as a personal trainer. I have been training with him for almost 6 months now and feel better in myself, as well as healthy and toned. The training is always outside, whatever the weather, but always different so I never get bored, He is a lovely guy, and very enthusiastic and supportive. Gokay is very professional and before he took me on as a client I had to fill out a medical questionnaire, and he recorded weight, blood pressure and wanted to know what I wanted to get out of the training.
