I was impressed by his reliable and clear communication, general approachability, taking his time to listen, attention to detail, and ability to explain how and why he would do each job, including: - draught proofing the front door/letterbox - resealing the shower - fitting a toilet seat which i would normally do myself but couldn't as it was boxed in - fitting a curtain rail - sanding/planing the base of a bedroom door so it would shut properly - fixing door knobs - fitting a Roman blind in the bathroom Andy left the place extremely clean and tidy and clearly takes care in the word he completes. If anyone is looking for an electrician, I HIGHLY recommend Mark. I needed the lights in my hallway replacing with something quite different and he did an excellent job. Extremely reliably, replied to me very quickly and arranged to come over for a quote, which was realistic. He did a thorough job, leaving the hallway clean and tidy afterwards. Mark is very experienced and does all sorts so if I need any more electrical works doing I'll definitely be calling on him. Mark is also a lovely person, easy to chat to and hard working.
