Spiral is fantastic. No spoilers for last night's episodes though please. The best, most compelling and grittiest of all this type of drama(the killing, the bridge etc etc).

Same as vez. I had in hindsight a pretty awful first birth. Over about 30 hrs, Waters broke. Then Induced. Labouring with Back to back baby on gas and air for 14 or so hours. Epidural. More induction drugs. Failed ventouse then forceps, then about 6 hours later big post partun haemorrhage resulting in rush to theatre for procedure and transfusion. I was dreading second time round but so so different. 3-10 and delivery in about 90 mins. Just gas and air. Could push and felt involved in the actual birth as opposed to the first which had led me to believe I was just rubbish at labour. I feel so much more positive after this experience of baby being plonked naked on me after I pushed her out etc as opposed to being dragged and whisked away by a team...

Ess I'm playing it by ear at the moment. In the newborn haze I panic bought a double from the forum (so not too much) just incase I needed it or wanted my partner to take out both. In hindsight I can't see myself ever using it and I doubt he would want to take both or be able to for some time anyway. At the moment I'm using maclaren and moby.

Given how attached I am to wearing I'm cross with myself that I bought the double but hey ho. I suppose I can still use it as a single as the buggy is taken to nursery on some days.

I think what I'm going to do as time goes on is swap as per emilypie above. Although when youngest is able to use the maclaren and if toddler gets tired I will just wear him on my back in my boba if he doesn't want to go on the buggy board, walk or scoot...I can chat to him easily then...

I actually wore both briefly the other day which was rather pleasant...!

1st Place Cambridge Houss near burgess park is excellent. My son has been there for a year in baby room and 2-5 room. Hours are 8-6 for ?55. About 10 mins walk from Camberwell green...

So, I am mother of a two year old and slinging a 7 week old. My converse aren't cutting the park...filthy too soon and not comfortable enough. Walking boots too clumpy, too much of a bind to put on, no good to kick a ball with. I still have not reached the stage where I will wear my sports trainers out unless I'm exercising! What do you wear??

I need comfy, not tragic footwear.

Sure there must be a mumsnet discussion on this akin to the coat one but easier to ask you all!

My two year old very similar to Etta's timings unless he is exhausted and then he'll go early and through lunch. That's very unusual though...

You could try to feed in a sling? Then have hands free and be a bit more mobile? My newborn is five days old...toddler is two in twelve days...that's what I'm hoping to try and do and then. I've got a variety of slings but I'm going to try to feed in a ring sling...

Have you got room for the Lakeland electric airer? I could not do without mine...I don't have a tumble dryer.

My goodness it almost kills me to post this utterly boring thread but hey ho...

Installing a dado rail up both sides of the stairs so bottom section can be dark to hide grubby fingerprints etc

Currently there is a hand rail attached on one side which I'm loathe to get rid of for practical reasons...

So what to do with dado rail?
