If anyone lost a little bear in Sansburys today I have just handed one in at Customer Services. About 8 inches long, floppy, cream and blue and looking well sucked and therefore well loved. Think it had "little bear" emroidered on it.

Same thing happened to us some 5 years ago. Suffice it to say that we paid for the fence ourselves. Good luck though!

My boy was in his own cot, in his own room at 5 weeks bslept through for the first time just before 3 months. Controlled crying of 5 minute intervals at that time. Usually took no more than 3 times to get him back to sleep. This was always between 7 and 10pm. Just shows that every parent is different and every child is too.

I would second Asquith in Peckham Rye. Jack has been there for 14 months now and it is excellent and very well run! Deborah the manager is very approachable and always keen to listen to parents. Would thoroughly recommend - however, I know their waiting list is getting bigger and bigger. They have regular open days (Saturdays) so pop down and see for yourself!

As I type this, looking out over the back streets of Lewisham, a funeral is taking place and there is someone filming it. Is it only me that finds this distasteful? If someone had shoved a camera in my face at my dad's funeral they would have had to have had surgery to remove it from their hole!

I am more agrieved to be honest at the way Chelsea were allowed to break our players bones last week. Anything that happened in 2008 cup run is not admissiable as evidence!

Not nice for Arsenal to be on the end of decisions that most clubs have to take for granted. Now I wish for away penalties at Man U, and Chelsea players having their noses and cheeks broken with no repercussions from the ref.

I was 17 when I got my first car and never had an accident or behaved like an arse so I think the generalisation is a bit much. Sadly, with insurance, you pay for all the A-holes that do! Quite shocked at the price though. I think the insurance on my first car (Austin Avenger) was ?125 pa tpf&t!
