I would seriously think twice about selling any part of your garden at this moment i am being bombarded by developers and have had offers on parts of my place for access etc had i sold any, i would not be in such demand is it possible to rent the piece of land to your neighbour you never know you may need it in the future lynne

chances this little girl went to either thomas calton, friern road or honor oak girls school it is possible if you look up on friends reunited at those schools you may be able to locate her.

I do hope they return it to the beautiful building that it was originally thankyou Healey. I believe it was a snooker hall above the train station around the war. I also would like the chain stores to come back to Peckham. But the clientele has changed and the shops have gone with the flow. Peckham now has no interest to me to go shopping in as an older person. I have to go to Bromley etc, I would rather spend my money locally.

They regenerated Deptford train station last year pulled down the front elevation. Deptford station was one of the earliest stations built[ I think it was one of the first] totally wrecked it. It now looks a sxxtheap no character. I hate developers!

there are usually weighbridges on council amenity sites like the local refuse site Devon road / churchfield road Beckenham or scrap metal yards Grove street Deptford anywhere that you would use a vehicle and be charged by weight etc.

Does anybody know what is going on on the Woodvale side of old Camberwell Cemetary? They had 3 JCBs churning up the ground, it seems to appear that the old graves have been removed, and it looks like a road or something being built.

that is a very pleasant walk along the old railway bed at the back of the gardens, and I agree you do feel off track, mind you wet weather it is inclined to be slippery. That is left open at night. Would not fancy walking it in the dark. Have you tried walking through Nunhead Cemetery, that also feels off track.

i have 2 dropped kerbs put in years ago, i believe we even paid rates on them. i have 2 garages behind them one for each, christmas some person parked a motor over one of dropped kerbs managing to obstruct both garages, as they are side by side, called the police, they told us as your motor is out of your garage tough. if your motor was inside they would help, did not want to tell us who owned motor so we could ask politely, believe me whether you have dropped kerbs or not you have no rights.

i believe you do not have to own a property to apply for planning permission. good luck
