I would absolutely not recommend Russell and had an extremely unsatisfactory experience. I urge anyone reading this forum to look elsewhere - Russell gets good reviews on here but my experience was the opposite.

Hi I would absolutely not recommend Russell, he really over-charged my husband and I and his team did an extremely poor job. He seems to get such good reviews on this forum, but my experience was completely the opposite. Feel free to pm me for details. Thanks
