Hi James I see that the council are issuing biodegradable rubbish waste bins for food waste? I think this is a great idea, but I lin a block of flats and done seem to have got them, is it a plan to issue to all? thanks

This is terrible for you and I feel your pain. I recently had issues with my neighbours upstairs with their toddler jumping on the floor day and night, i had a polite word and that made it worse and he then started hurling abuse at me verbally and threatening physical abuse. I contacted my housing association, who quite frankly were useless but they gave me a diary to fill in. Things got better for me when i called the peckham rye neighbour hood team from the police, who i got to go round and read them the law, since then fingers crossed things have improved. Hope this maybe of some help?

I personally don't see a problem with the pool, I probable use it 4 times a week in the mornings around 7am and i have never had a problem at all. Mondays i think the water is too hot, but the temperature normally is perfect for me. i agree the changing rooms are a liitle draughtl, but not worth moaning about.

I was knocked off my bike on saturday night by a car crossing my path. It happened about 6.15pm on saturday evening on east dulwich grove. Hi All I live in a new flat and the child upstairs is doing my head in, i think he is learning the river dance, and it seems that he like to practice at 2am. Seriously he likes to jump constantly, you can hear him all over the flat, it would appear when he has finished jumping he likes to do a lap of honour round the whole flat! It sounds funny but when it is all day everyday its not that funny. I have been up to the flat and spoken to them, at first asking them if they could hear me and welcome to the flat and that i can hear their child, they were not bothered. So our relationship has now broken down completly, but the child still jumps and I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO, ANY SUGGESTIONS?

who would have though that a rant about droppinbg litter after a picnis would have ended with a used tampon in the corner of a changing room and a bum wiping stick!! It never ceases to amaze me where a thread on the EDF will go!!

Summer is here (temporay as it maybe) and the parks are filling up with people enjoying the sunshine, which is lovely to see. But why of why do people not feel the need to clear up after themselves? I live opposite Peckham Rye, a beautiful park which I feel honored to have as a front garden, but it is so upsetting to see people walk off an leave all of thir rubbish from a picnis, when there are plenty of place to get rid of it on the way out. It really is very annoying. (rant over!)
