  6. Thanks all - some good tips. I guess the problem is that the comparison isn't usually like for like (esp. for prep schools, which have a different mandate). The Alleyns KS2 results are excellent.

  12. Ah, OK. Yes - that seems to be a good one for high school results (IB, A Levels, GCSE), but the primary school results are quite vague (or I'm missing something really obvious). Best I can find are lists based on which high schools the kids progress to.
  13. Are you speaking from experience Mrs TP? The ISI reports seem to be qualitative, which is fine, but I'm specifically looking for % >lvl 5/6 @ KS2 in the various categories (or equivalent), as published by state schools.
  14. Hi All - State primary schools publish the number of kids achieving various levels at KS2, and this is easily found. Is there somewhere an equivalent source of information for private schools? I'm after very specific practical advice, rather than an abstract discussion on different types of education. Thanks
