Yep tell police there dealing drugs We have it on off have talked to tenant says medical reasons agreed smoke it away from house but at times forgets. Abusive boyfriend also smokes it wherever feels like but not for pain. Mines agreed put bench end garden away from house. Thats not acceptable respo to complaint, Usally a source re damp mould. If its ground floor basement I've found it be holes in external walls. Damp course faulty or non existence. Leaking guttering penetrative walls leaks under floor from radiators. Pipes i was able get friends look find 4 these issues then I complained item at time got resolved that way. If its mould bathroom ceiling walls that my friend treated by checking leaks. Then cleaned fungal wash with mask dust suit gloves. Let dry paint fully mould block paint let dry then paint white washable bathroom paint. Same can be used in a kitchen. Hope that helps bit Its horrible I've had live in that twice,definitely feel school can replace sound insulate fencing.

Oh hun I hear you Definitely write school.regards transfers all social housing im afraid has very strict reduced reasons for transfer which why they suggested do a exchange. Shame you didn't know going to be a school we exchanged last year but we visited every prop and its area 1st to rule out schools nearby,traffic noisy neighbours because i suffer a condition that affects me greatly related to noise. I'm with hyde they do help best way is exchange though homeswapper is very good. Or writing to the school, children do need let off steam and playground going to from school is that time plus sports. So I'd look place not near school if decide swap. Good luck hopefully school can make some adjustments
