Hello, I run dynamic vinyasa flow yoga classes in Dulwich Park and we are back tomorrow (Friday 28 May) at 11am for 75 min. ?10 if we have 5, ?13 if less. We usually have 4-6 in a group. I trained as a yoga teacher in 2016 and have been running two regular classes a week. The classes are fun, a mix of strength and flexibility, and I give options for various levels of intensity (I will guide you to take a pose further if you want a deeper stretch). Hi guys, I have had a few messages asking when exactly he is coming and for how long. He is coming at some point towards the end of the month - it is still vague because I am trying to get him some more jobs organised so it is worth him coming over. He needs to drive over 20 hours with all his machines etc. His English is ok to communicate but it is very basic so I am helping him out. So how long he will stay will depend on how many jobs he has. If you send me what you need, the size of the room, what exactly needs doing and possibly some photos, he will give you a quote and if you are happy, he will do the job while he is here. You are also welcome to come over and see what he has done in my house, and my friend's too where he restored her old, black, bitumen-covered wood, something not one local guy wanted to take on! Hello, we know a fantastic Polish guy who laid our parquet and sanded and vanished all floors. He matched new parquet with the original one and nobody can tell a difference. He competes in the European Championship of Parquet Layers (yes there is such a thing!). He is coming to London soon to sand and varnish my friend's floor and can take some extra work while he is here. Let me know if interested! You are also welcome to come over and see my floor as a proof. No job is too big or too small for him. He really is very profesional and hard working. Thanks!

hello, I hope this is the right section to post this? we have a four-year-old Renault Scenic that has suddenly stopped working - it will not start. Everything else seems to be fine, various indicators on the dashboard, lights, electric lock etc work. Maybe we need a new battery? Is there anyone who knows a little about cars who could help us diagnose the problem, before we spend hundreds of pounds on repairs? THANK YOU!!

Eliot Bank is brilliant, very high standard of teaching and lots going on, fantastic school trips as also the setting is great: off the main road, hidden in the trees and with a pond. hi all, many thanks for all PMs but my neighbour recommended a spray: "sticky stuff remover gel" and I used it this afternoon - took 40 min. Recommended if you need to get anything off anything (glue, chewing gum, make up etc from glass, clothes, wood). Thanks again though!

Hello, I am looking for someone to remove masking tape from our two windows. The tape was left on the window for about a month and now I am struggling to get it off (it does come off, but slowly). I have used WD-40 to dissolve the glue of the tape and the tape comes off, but it takes time which I haven't got. Photo of the windows attached.
