This is very possible as I have the original bomb casing that dropped on our street in Nunhead and wiped out the one side of the road...... as the plane flies this is very possible, unfortunately I dont have any one left that would know about that Road. Look up the new paper archives they will be able to let you know. The big give away, is having different styled houses down the road, we lost all the Victorian houses and have a mixture of 50's, 60's and 80's housing down our street now !!

Ok Im struggling to find out how to add the word new to any of the adverts that I post, please can some one help me as its driving me mad that there is nowhere to find out how to do it !!! Im sure its really easy Im just not a great ITC techy!!!

I dont know if it helps but London and Quadrant are offering new homes on a part buy part rent senario... also there are new homes being offered on Ivydale Rd, they are in conjunction with the Major and the housing association, they are small two and three beds but reasonably priced not sure what sort of garden they have, would say smallish, but worth looking into..... I have to say that I agree with all the above statements, a friend of mine had to pay for windoww, doors, roof and repainting all over a period of three years and she had to sell her property in the end to pay the outstanding amounts of ?27, 650 she had to move in with her parents at the age of 47yrs until she could find somewhere else to live and decided to move to Spain and buy a place outright... Please be careful..... she went through hell for 5 yrs in total !!!

if you are looking for a good garden for the children and reasonable food, I think that excellent pub food is a thing of the past really!! It seems all about making a profit, which after all they are a business!!! The Herne Tavern on the corner of Forest Hill Road is very good they have an excellent climbing frame with a slide, all the kids love it there !!! Give it a try..... Apparently the White Horse at the top of Peckham Rye is meant to have an excellent Sunday lunch... I personally havent eaten in there, but many people I know have and they all rave about the amount, quality and price !!!

There is a fantastic guy called Tom Start http://www.pt-smart.co.uk/ he is a qualified level 3 PT and also is fantastic on nutrition too... I worked with Tom through BMF he is the Park manager and he is great !!!!

Hi Exactly the same thing happened to me and we had to put it out..... I explained to the Park warden that Peckham Rye Common is public land and therefore I was entitled to, but he said that as it was maintained by Southwark, and therefore we were not, there are a few bylaws that come into play, but its a question of getting down deep into the park and bylaws laws and finding it. I know that Boris was trying to stop it in Clapham, so maybe the same situ in Peckham Rye. There are signs at the entrances that state that we cant...so don't really know what to tell you about it.

Hi I had Paul put a new kitchen in for me about two years ago, he had alot of difficult and messy work to do! Again, he was very clean, on time, on budget and pleasant to deal with. As a result of seeing his work, my friend also asked him to re do her bathroom and finish off some work that a dodgy builder had started took her money and never came back. Hi If you go the the southwark.gov.uk website, there is a section called Let's go, its in PDF form, but you can see all the local children's centres that offer classes, such as play n stay or music classes etc, that are available to you and most of them are free.
