  1. No water on Lordship Lane by The Plough.
  2. Huge recommendation for Paul at HomeCert. Had him over today to do several jobs including hanging a chandelier, fixing a bathroom extractor fan and replacing a downlighter, all of which he did expertly. He also gave us advice on future lighting systems for the kitchen and bedroom. Reliable, punctual, tidy. Very reasonable rates. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.
  3. Lovely little film of the occupation by the Artist Taxi Driver: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ob-lOQGV8k0&feature=youtu.be
  4. Lordship Lane by the library was out. Like being back in the 70s, much scrambling for matches and candles.
  5. I was sixth or seventh in the queue this morning (arrived there around 7.40am). All same-day appointments gone by the time I reached the desk. Offered triage phone call. The perpetrators were disguised as BT staff so it might be hard for them to be distinguished from the legit chaps now repairing the damage. The Network Investigation Officer would appreciate any info: [email protected]
  8. Like others have said, well done First Mate; and good thinking on the photo front.
  9. Yes, and you win Breakfast at Tiffany's. The fruity friends were 'Sally' Tomato in Sing Sing Prison and the 'huckleberry' friend in 'Moon River'. Spiky = Holly. Bling - gave it away but fancied a sprint after yesterday's marathon. Over to you.
  10. First clue a bit difficult so here's another: spiky character from book and film
  11. This character has two fruity 'friends' - one blue and one red...
