Why has the agent taken it off the market when the downward chain's incomplete? It could take your buyer ages to sell and they might not achieve what they want for their property and then not fulfill their offer to you. I'd have a word!

You do indeed lay down a non-refundable fee from the off, so if the property fails to sell PB are still quids in. I'd be wary of "local experts" who cover enormous areas and can't possibly know about new local restaurants, schools, transport links, parks, parking, clay soil, the Diverter, the best/worst pubs, or the new slides at Peckham Rye. Do you they really help you progress your sale? Do they have full chain details to hand to give to related agents in a chain when you have agreed sale and purchase? And as to their online reviews I wouldn't trust them - heard too much bad news. No to PB from me, rather fork out a higher fee on a conventional agent whose staff are incentivised by that fee to secure best price, and if they don't or if you decide not to move then there's no fee applicable.

Takes a while to get there though, and you'll probably need to stock up on supplies on the way though owners will cater (and some good food!)

Hello. I think I saw this pair walking up Adys Road yesterday around that time. They were crossing at the Nutbrook Street junction and, as a driver, I slowed to let them cross. The girl shouted at me with a barrage of foul language and stuck her finger up at me. (I'd only let them cross the road, of course...) The young man appeared complicit. The male is probably late teens/early twenties, black, and was wearing a black T-shirt. The female is probably late teens/early twenties, black/mixed race, think she wore a pink vest. Looked fairly clear that they'd have a proper go at someone - sorry it was you, and probably others too. Please report your attack to the police, and PM me if any back-up's required.

I've done it myself by spraying hot water, wearing clothes with elastic bands etc., and a mask. Wasn't pleasant. Some people knock the nest off and catch it in a bag/tub filled with water. Wasps can be dangerous though and I wouldn't want my kid around if you're trying on your own. Best to get a pro in and they'll probably treat the nest rather than massively tampering with it like a clown.

Hi all. We know a fifteen year old French/Polish boy who needs some activity to occupy his summer holidays (followed by a reference) so that he can show his school that he's on the straight and narrow when back in term in September. Likely to be voluntary work this might be visiting elderly and or disabled residents to offer company, home help, and local visits out the house, or volunteering at an appropriate institution, over the the summer. Nice lad and not a career criminal (!) but needs some evidence to convince his teachers of positive behaviours. Who told you that the Estate properties are unmortgageable where these lenders are concerned? Sorry I can't believe this at all.
