I live in a large residential development (122 apartments). Our management company has decided to redecorate the interior common spaces (6 sub-blocks with their own entrance, stairwell, and hallways). Residents have been invited to nominate suitable contractors to be included within the tendering process. We'd really like local companies to submit a tender. If you are interested, please submit your details by 13 February and I will pass them on to KFH, who is managing the tender process.

I'm supporting a friend and her child who are Ukranian refugees. They are in urgent need of new housing. The little girl is nonverbal and has a high level of additional needs, so it is very important we keep them in the area (Dulwich/Peckham) so she can stay at her current school and near the support network they have started to build. If anyone knows of any one in a position to be a host through the Homes for Ukraine scheme or provide suitable accommodation please let me know.
