Adding to the long list of recommendations for Niko who I always call for anything plumbing related cos I know he can fix it! This time he sorted out a leak under the sink and, of course, properly fixed it with a new plug hole, waste and overflow which he went and picked up so the job was finished the same day. Another recommendation for Bradley who has just done a great job cleaning carpets in my flat at short notice - he even came out on a Sunday which was perfect! He is very polite and extremely efficient - and dealt with a stain on the carpet in no time. Will use him again. Ray painted my whole 1 bed flat brilliantly. He is very polite and totally professional and reliable - and I also was happy to give him a key to let himself in. He gave me advice about how to do the redecoration and even about which lightbulbs to replace to get a better look. I just wanted to recommend Niko 07818607583 for plumbing work as he recently solved a problematic issue with intermittent low water pressure at my flat. Thames Water wouldn't even look for the stopcock and recommended an expensive survey to the street connection but Niko knew it would be in the lower ground floor, investigated all three flats in the house and soon identified the problem as a broken stopcock and then fixed it! Normal water pressure was resumed and we are all very happy. In addition to being very knowledgeable, Niko is really helpful and a nice guy.

Hi there, just wanted to recommend Luke (and son) who helped out my mum to get some furniture taken to my sister's house down in Sussex today - at very short notice. I called Niko on the basis of this thread and was very happy to be rewarded with a return call within 30 mins and great service at a very reasonable price. The job was to move some pipes before a new back door was fitted on the Weds (the fitters had actually brought the date forward so it was very short notice and my usual plumber was in Ireland for Easter.) Niko came out to see the job on the Sunday, also gave me advice about a bad leak from the bathroom shower screen and a quick solution -and returned to complete the jobs on the Tuesday in advance of the door fitting. As a single female meeting him in an empty house, I trusted him from the initial phone conversation and was happy to give him keys so he could do the job whilst I was out.
