For paint, I have just found Whites, 42 Brockley Rise, SE23 1LJ. They have given me lots of advice, prices seem good, and they do free delivery.

My neighbour and I did not want a big brown wheelie bin...so contacted Southwark who took the big one away and gave us a nice small one instead. Its about four times the size of the little one you have indoors.

Ammi majus does look a much nicer plant! By the way , the South London Botanical Institute (Norwood Road) is a great place for help with identifying plants, especially wild or native species. Its open every Thursday. There's a herbarium (dried plant collection)which includes every British plant.
