It?s a circle of women - we come together fortnightly to work through universal issues that come up for all of us. We use EFT and other energy psychology tools to shift the energy of what we are holding onto. We unpick our patterns of behaviour and hold space for each other to share our fears and find solutions. It?s a very supportive, empowering, invigorating session. And when it becomes a regular part of your life it can inspire very real change. In olden times women gathered naturally, now we have to organise it, but I believe it?s no less necessary now, in order for us to shift and grow, supported and held. Alexia trained with one of only a handful of EFT Masters and the founder of Matrix Reimprinting, Karl Dawson. She later trained with the creator of Matrix Birth Reimprinting, Sharon King. Further training with other top level experts in the field followed and continues; she is passionate about her work and about the journey of learning. She is a member of the professional EFT governing body AAMET. Alexia has had a successful practice for over two years and is proud to now be part of the team at Dulwich Therapy Rooms. Her background in the arts and education means that she often attracts clients who are either artistic or who are looking to express that side of themselves. She has a gifted insight and a generous energy and can hold a safe space for you to gently uncover and explore deep seated issues, with a view to clearing them from your way. Although Alexia treats a wide spectrum of issues with her clients, her specialties include: anxiety, depression, negative patterns, phobias, relationship issues, parenting, fertility, weight and body issues, self-esteem issues and life purpose. She is dedicated to guiding people to their full potential and deserved happiness.

Kelly came and gave me my first home spray tan for my best friend's wedding two weeks ago. Even in my tiny flat we found space. She was great and the tan looked amazing. I'm hooked! Would completely recommend her too.
