Hey Richard, Hope all is well and your planning permission comes in, my parents had massive problems building back in wales so i know the walls your running into. I wanted to drop a quick message I as well as being a tailor have a share in a Nanotechnology company. You can see the company at Nanosolutions.eu. Nanotechnology in layman's terms protects any surface by applying an invisible layer of glass that would coat the compounds of the material not the material itself so it does not change the feel or a way the material works. It is heat resistant unto 350degrees and down to 150degrees. it is anti bacterial anti microbial anti everything other than Jane. It basically repeals anything you tip on it. Used in the home you would only need to clean the home with water... building from scratch you can coat everything and i mean everything it is environmentally friendly winning the green apple award 2 years ago its amazing.. has anyone worked in the restaurant industry who has replied to this thread...?? I can't say i have eaten in the cafe or even noticed it if i am honest. But for those of us who have worked within the industry you would know how rare a FHO (food hygiene officer) would give our anything above 3 stars. While training to become a tailor i worked in some of London's finest restaurants and hotels. You would die of shock if i were to tell you how many of them had mice (and house hold names not just small cafes) FHO's check from everything to bacteria count on door handles, to if your labelling your food correctly and storing in the correct place. All it takes is one sloppy chef the night before to store meat above veg in the fridge and one waiter not to wipe a surface correctly.... and BANG.... When a FHO issues a certificate they would give a time frame of return normally within the month... So if a low score was given it would not last as premises are told if the score does not improve the face closure. So give the cafe a break if its hygiene does not improve you will know as it will be closed. If you have concerns contact the Food Environment Agency and they will re send an officer. But we all are eager it seems to point fingers and cast aspersions rather use our energy in a more positive way.. For a footer the bacteria count on a shop door handle would be 4-7,000 times high than that of the cafe... how many of you open doors...? hold bus or train handles?? read the already read newspaper on the train...? and then touch your face.... Your more likely to get sick from that...

if you are getting them made as part of another business we offer to cover your dress in a protective layer which you can not see touch and it does not affect the fabric its called nanotechnology and the product is liquid glass and spillages would just wipe clean off leaving no ghost mark.
