  1. I did, were you one of the newcomers? we did some 'interval training' with kettle bells and than played hit and run rounders. Again lots of fun. I'll be going along to the FitFunBoxing on Wednesday evening to :) try to come everyone is really nice and welcoming
  2. Hi guys if your looking for an opportunity to get outdoors and exercise this weekend you should seriously consider Darren and Marinas Fit Fun Boot Camp. I tried it last week and it was so much fun. It's on Sunday mornings at 10:00 Peckham Rye, meet by the cafe. Anyone can give it a go first time for free (I think). Throughout the session I was able to work at my own pace and the games at the end were fun and very engaging - I've never smiled so much during a workout. There is another thread somewhere about it (which is what led me to try in the first place)but can't find it now. Nevertheless I highly recommend Fit Fun Boot Camp to you all
  3. A number of sessions claim to be fun but this was actually so. Almost lost the 'courage' Saturday night before bed (if like me you get apprehensive about starting up again you may know what I mean) then got the message in the morning lol. Glad I attended and will most certainly be returning. For me, much more fun then the gym and not at all intimidating. Highly recommended this Fit Fun session! Thank you Marina and Darren, two highly skilled professionals.
  4. Hi, is anyone going along to this tomorrow? What happens if weather is not great and is there a booking system or can I just turn up- would like to come along :)
  5. As Red Devil says find out from someone at Howdens if you have concerns.
  6. Loz Wrote: > Actually, Herne Hill Rose Loz I knew and realised that and thats why I say you are correct. I thank you for helping me assess my description ('drunk man') and Capt should at least consider to do the same.
  7. Loz Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > But is it not offensive then to point out it was a > man? Or even drunk? Loz that's actually very true. Capt it maybe useful for you to consider and asses the views above.
  8. Capt'n Tortue its an awful thing to have happened. But his status shouldn't have bared any significance in reiterating your story really. Obviously your angry and you felt it heightened your message of disgust. A drunken man would have done enough in raising your issue. A physical description would have probably been ok (?) . If you use the forum for business probably a good idea to assess alternative view points at this stage.
  9. Capt'n Tortue Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > wing mirror smashed off by drunk > asylum seeker VERY strange comment. Should it be the case you had no idea who damaged your car in 2012 it's possible you go around upsetting a whole host of people with those loose comments.
  10. House of tippler 123 Lordship Ln, or even the East Dulwich Library (group study areas).
